At the time of check-in at Hotel Piccadily, the Indian guests/ citizens need to provide a Government of India authenticated valid photo identity card and the foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

At the time of check in, credit card or cash deposit is required. At the time of check out, very bill has to be cleared.

Cancellation of booking entails some cancellation charges. In order to ensure the cancellation process complete with refund of remaining amount, a guest needs to mail a request for the same. Find the booking cancellation slab given below.

• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
